Ⅸ Urge and inspect over the implementation of supervision and management affairs of work safety, and in due time, put forward responsibility defining and implementing suggestions of supervision and management affairs of work safety of the whole city. Ⅹ Comprehensively coordinate the routine job of this administration organ, and is responsible for formulation and supervision of routine work of the organ. Ⅺ Is responsible for secretarial works, government information, confidentiality, and archive related works, and also proposal handling, work as ombudsman, financial transaction, assets control, and logistics service etc. Ⅻ Is responsible for routine job of party leadership group and discipline inspection group of the Administration of Work Safety ⅩⅢ Is responsible for informationization of work safety and office automation construction of the administrative organ.
